Telkom -- what a disgrace

I wish that I could give them a minus!!! A few days ago a gentleman from the sales department contacted my Dad offering a pocket router. He currently has an ADSL line..... He said it would take about 7 working days and the courier would have to RICA the sim card. The package arrived yesterday and the courier did NOT RICA the sim card. I contacted Telkom who told me to contact the courier myself. I refused -- then she told me to contact the technical dept. I called 10120 -- and what a rude black man dealt with me!!! Has NO idea how to speak to or work with people. Sadly I did not get his name -- but what disgraceful service. I was NOT helped -- because he hung up on me. Telkom is NOT the only SP who deals with pocket routers. And I'm inclined to want to take my business elsewhere!!
