TELKOM!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS

<p>Been having internet issues from the end of November, we called customer care and 1 week later the tech rocks up, that after Telkom sent a message 3 days earlier to say he was coming. Before he leaves my husband told him the problem is still the same, He says it's going to be rite and leaves, we phoned again and they send a tech 2 weeks later, needless to say that it is still down now, my airtime used cause my line is down, and me also cancelling my appointments only for no one to arrive. But fast to call for payment , we use our WiFi for our phones so we also now battling with been connected. Very BAD AND LAME SERVICE TELKOM</p>
