Telkom - What a ****!!!

What an absolute waste of time everyone at Telkom is.

Everyone wants to help to get the most money out of you - but ask for a cancellation when they cant provide the services they are expected to - and then they are all dumb founded

Additionally - why cant I choose the package I want when upgrading??? you force me to choose the most expensive packages for a ###### network thats dying every 10 minutes.
