Telkom Whale Coast Mall ...worst staff ever experienced

App**** for fibre year ago..no reaction.Call...no answer,salesman tells me manager disabled phone line so you cannot call them.Get there nobody there.Forced to press ***** screen to get a ticket but I'm the only customer.Really.Ask question,regarding Samsung promotion on internet says In Store Samsung phone valuation.Not this stores Thanks ...but no thanks as ill have to drive 100 km to yet another Telkom where service may even be worse...
