Telkom, Westwood Mall are useless.

I was the victim of a House *******. We were cleaned out including my ID and Dirivers licence. Lucky I had my passport. I went to the bank with my passport, they gave me a card. I have a prepaid at Vodacom, they did a Sim Swap, using my passport. I went to Telkom Pavilion, they were off line. I went to Westwood Mall, I was told that I cant do a Sim swap with the passport. I have about five contracts and pay in excess of R3000-00 per month. I definitely will be moving my business, I think Vodacom are more reasonable. My passport is a valid passport.
