Telkom westwood mall

I would like to stress out my deepest disappointment in fact I'm very upset at the level of inconvenience I was put through by Westwood Mall Telkom store 25-08-2017 Time I arrived at the Mall around 18:15 - only to find the STORE CLOSED!!!!! After I spoke to a consultant who advised me that the store closes at 19:00 on Friday - I cancelled an appointment just to come to Telkom store to sign up a new contract which is the P10 Lite deal I took time to arrange necessary documents only to get there the store is closed, Why did the store close early why wasn't a sign at the door as to the reason why the store closed early to notify customers when they arrive , I waisted my petrol on traffic just to rush to Telkom Westwood Mall and only to find the store closed that frustrated me greatly honestly! , I am an existing Mobile Prepaid Telkom customer of which I am very happy being part of such a reasonable amazing Mobile company especially with data & contract deals I even recommend friends to join Telkom mobile and they do. I'm typing this message it's 18:55 absolutely upset very upset for such disregard for customer service , Please I need an explanation for such an upsetting inconvenience on my side.
