Telkom Westwood

I initially had and issue with my 3 telkom contracts over the years i had incurred. After multiple visits to different telkom branches. I still ended up with 3 invidual telkom sim cards under contract. The reason it was such a head ache is because my phone only takes two sims. I had sim 1=2 gig day + 2 gig night data. Sim 2= 2gig day+ 2 gig night data. Sim3 = cellphone contract plus airtime. I also had a 4th cell c sim card which was in my possesion for many years and could not get rid of that number easily. The total of all these sims and cellphone contracts were roughly R520 a month. One day i decided to visit telkom branch in westwood mall IN Westville durban. I was assisted by an employee who was so clued up about the products and deals. He simply suggested something that was so simple yet so effective. He simply ported my phone number to one telkom sim (my old time phone number became my contract phone number). Hence i was down to 3 sim cards after this brilliant yet simple plan of his. He then canceled the 3rd telkom sim card and upgraded the second sim card. Awarding me more value for money and saving me the effort and inconvenience of swapping sims. Sometimes its the simple things in life that keep you sane. I would quote a name but unfortunately cannot remember. What a legend of and employee. He will definitely grow exponentially in the company. Anyone will be willing to have an employee like that representing their company. Tall dark hair. Light skinned.
