TELKOM WESTGATE MALL ******* SIES

My husband took out a contract with Telkom Westgate Mall for a Huawei Nova 9SE Crystal Blue 128GB , he had the phone for not even a year then it just stopped working , in December 2023 he took the phone into Telkom Westgate Mall they then told him that they cannot help him and that he should go to Telkom Promenade , he rushed over to Telkom Promenade only to tell him that they have nothing to do with it and that Telkom Westgate Mall should be the people assisting him, I then went the following day back to Telkom Westgate Mall as my husband has work and could not make it in time for them , this people tells me that we need to go the Hauwei store in Promenade like a fool I went there with the phone and they basically laughed saying they cannot help us as the phone wasn't bought by them , so mind you Telkom Westgate Mall sent us up and down back and forth which is really pathetic service , eventually they said they will book the phone in. Guys!!!! I received an sms in June to say the phone as been sent off like are you series , they proceed to tell us they booked the wrong phone in no apology nothing , mind you he's gone months without a phone and never skipped one payment , they couldn't even offer him a loan phone. It's almost a year now that does not have a phone but still continues to pay them every month for something he does not have , we even tried contacting the call center they said we should send an email but got no response ever since. I then get an sms on the 21st of October to say the phone is being sent to telkom Westgate Mall and we can collect in four days , after the four days I call them and they tell me the phone is not there , they will call me when it's there , it is now a month later and still no phone no call no nothing , sies man Telkom you bunch of *******!!!!!!!
