Telkom westgate is the worst.

Telkom westgate is probably the most disgusting store I have ever encountered. Yesterday I was at westgate shopping centre and saw an advert through the window promoting fibre for R349. As I was pressed for time I attempted to quickly go inside the store and grab a catalogue to take home. I was stopped by a woman who prevented me from entering and asked me what I needed. I explained to her that I am interested in the fibre deal and want to grab a catalogue which I saw was located at numerous cell phone display tables. She quickly became defensive and said that those are not catalogues, although I could clearly see it was. When I asked her what those booklets are, she clapped back saying those are not catalogues. I then told her I want to go into the store and see it for myself because I know what a catalogue looks like. She once again clapped back saying those are not catalogues and blocked door with her body preventing me from entering. I asked her why she does not want me to enter the store and she responded in a hostile manner stating those are not catalogues. As I was pressed for time I left in order to not waste any more of my precious time. Today I was in key West mall and once again passed another telkom store with the same promotion. Once again I was pressed for time and quickly went inside the store to grab a catalogue and also to confirm if what I saw was indeed not catalogues as per my awkward encounter the previous day. It turns out that these actually were catalogues and the woman at westgate was lying and intentionally prevented me from getting one, for what I dont know? Now I am currently using telkom, and previously had a lte router, phone contract, and purchased a phone cash from telkom. And I noticed the years of me dealing with telkom in westgate has always been a painful experience. I had previously also logged a hello peter complaint against a very rude employee at the same branch, whom I was informed received a disciplinary hearing and was dismissed as I was not the first customer to complain about her. I noticed when I went to other branches such as Clearwater and now Key west that the customer service experience was of acceptable and sometimes exceptional standards. However Westgate has always been the worst. I noticed how they always talk down to clients as well as myself with my previous visits there. Now I am not sure if the Westgate branch picks up random people from the gutter and throws them in the shop forcing them to work against their will or what. But I really would like bring to the attention of head office to look into the poor management and horrid customer service this particular store is giving, as they are giving the rest of your company a bad name and leaving clients, and potential clients with a bad aftertaste. I try to avoid telkom westgate like a plague because of past experiences, but yesterday was just so unnecessary and disgusting. Please fix it!
