Telkom were is the service

Telkom gave me a installations date wich was today the 29/02/2018 any time from.8:00-12:00, this morning I got a sms from them stating that a tech was issued my install and will attend , It is 18:00 now and nobody showed up I have phoned them 5 time and all they could say is that they cant get hold of the tech and I should try later again . Seriously you as telkom made the appointment , so why cant you stick to it or just give me a call or a update is that asking to much
