Hello Telkom, my data, contract with you is supposed to run out anytime during this 2019 and I just don't even know when, the frustrating part is that your website is not user friendly for one to can actually just login their details to check that out, see when are they due for an upgrade or termination, there's no direct line provided anywhere to assist with such queries, kindly look at recreating it in a way that it will cater for all types of needs and save us from the frustrations because I really want to plan ahead and rework my finances but I cannot do that when I cannot tell up to which month will the contract be running.
