Telkom Webmail not working since 25 December 2015

I make use of the mail forwarding function available from the online webmail application. I use this feature to forward emails to my GMail account used on my Smart Phone. Since last week Friday this function does not work. I went to one of the local branches in PE and they had no idea how to even report the problem, let alone solve it. I tried making use of two Telkom Webmail accounts, both with the same concern. It use to work fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
