Telkom webmail in maintance mode!!

I have tried to contact telkom for hours without any luck. Call centre dropping my calls, online assistanse not helping. Unable to log in to my business email adress. Sending a reset pin to the email adress which I can't access. How do I get my account out of maintenance mode? I have allready disconnected my adsl and phone line due to bad service. It's impossible to do business like this let alone doing business with a company that doesn't make customer satisfaction a priority!!!
