Telkom.. Web you will never escape

I would like to give them 0 stars but you do not have the option.

I had a month to month contract with Telkom. In on the 6th of July 2017 I requested Telkom them to cancel my contract. They said that I had to give 21 working days notice in order to cancel. Witch I accepted. After numerous phone calls with no resolve.

In November 2017 I was informed that I apparently send the request to the wrong department. In March of this year I drove to the nearest branch of Telkom, 70km from me as it was clearly impossible to do so over a telephone line. The lady assured me that it will be cancelled within 24hrs and that I had a credit payable to me. Which I said they could keep as long as the service gets canceled.

October 2018 ... and who raised its ugly head again Telkom.

If you see the pretty deals from Telkom on their data contract. Do your self a huge service and do not get yourself tangled in their WEB as you will never get rid of them.
