telkom web support absolutly awful

I am really annoyed with Telkom's awful service. I have not been able to recieve emails on my computer mail app. The email shows up on the do.messaging but not on my mac for mail. I have called numerous occasions to get this problem sorted and been told someone would call me back. This has not happened. (Over 5 times) The service is atrocious, a mickey mouse company with no regard for there customers. Keep getting told something differnt from the call centre, but NOT BEEN SORTED. I give Telkom -10 for service.
