Telkom - we want our data - we paid for it!!!!!

We have a wifi contract with telkom. 20 gb day and 20 gb night. For April (this month), the day that the data for April kicked in and telkom dedcuted the monthly fee for this contract, the telkom app was already showing that 19gb for April was used. How??? We want a full authentic telkom statement showing what the data was used on/a breakdown as there is no way that we used that much data already. We are going to report telkom for ***** as this has happened before and they stopped doing it once we lodged a complaint, now they've started doing it again.

Really upsetting to be paying a fee and be getting ****** for what we are paying for!!!!!
