TELKOM - We want answers!

Telkom service delivery is non-existent. People are complaining across the country about poor or no signal, and yet they (Telkom) keep quiet. There is no customer services available. They are *****ing our money, and what can we do? Clearly they don't care about their costmers, something needs to be done to expose the *******, mismanaged company.
