Telkom We offer empty promises and no service

We app**** for a Fixed line lookalike service, router and phone got delivered on the 21st of February. We are now at the 19th of March and I still do not have any service

Have been calling them daily with empty promises of getting a call back and no results

Worse part is after being without service for nearly a month I still have to pay my account

Think they should change the slogan to we offer empty promises and no service
