Telkom "we can do anything we want"

After almost 4 months of sending mails and cancellations letters as per their policy, i get a mail saying they received the cancellation BUT i must pay the outstanding payments for the last 4 months of my disconnected data and telephone line.

I am so sick and tired of Telkom which is why i cancelled in the 1st place. these major companies steel everyday from anyone they can .

I refuse to pay for something i have not used in 4 months due to their inability to sort out a cancellation request for 4 months!!

TELKOM, call me or call my lawyer.
