Telkom we are not stupid !!!!!

After so many complaints by so many customers, Telkom clearly has a lack of customer care or maybe its a dont care attitude. Is it so hard to upgrade an existing client ? well yes it is, i have been trying to upgrade my mobile line for the last two weeks and each time i choose a deal, Telkom conveniently states the deal is not available !!!!! well Telkom why do you advertise a product if all your staff are trained to say "unfortunately we do not have this deal available anymore, but we can offer you....". TELKOM.... we aint stupid, two online consultants and two store consultants said the same thing and offered me the same deal.... coincidence? i doubt it as today i went in again to a store requesting the deal i saw online and again the same process happened. After so many complaints from so many loyal consumers........ this consumer is going to do something about it so our fellow consumers are treated fairly.
