Telkom Waya waya

Hi, My prepaid waya waya line has been suspended and the call center has indicated that they are not able to reinstate the line as you no longer sell the product. I have paid the rental late, however my landline has been suspended for more than 2 weeks now.. I have spoken to various agents who are advising differently....Please help urgently
