Telkom way to go! Ignore your customers

<p>Third review in three weeks. No response whatsoever from Telkom, no one even attempted to call me just to discuss my issue. Telkom, why do you bother responding to the hellopeter reviews in writing if you know you are just going to leave it there?</p>
