Telkom Waterfront Mall Services

I had a very disappointing experience with Telkom @ Bloemfontein waterfront today.Their employees were so slow and *********** that many customers had to wait more then 30 minutes outdoors and sat another 30 to an hour inside the branch to get assisted. I myself went their for a basic repair enquire and ended up having being sent from one employee to another and with that the employees are not even customer friendly or greet their consumers.The second employee of which I was referred to did not attend to my needs and just said they will return in 5 minutes of which they haven't. I then had to wait another 20 minutes where I decided to leave as I was not getting any assistance at all and had another emergency to attend to.I am enraged by this poor service and deeply disappointed that this is how telkom treat their customers and portrays a bad image not only to the managers/supervisors of the employees but also to telkom as a company itself!!!!!!
