Telkom Waterfall Mall is the worst

I don't understand why nobody is doing anything about the ********** service at Telkom Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. Wanted to upgrade my contract last week Thursday. A week later, still nothing. No confirmation, no call to let me know whether I've been approved. Also, why does this store never have stock? Appalled. Do better!
