Telkom Waterfall Mall

Telkom at Waterfall mall in Rustenburg needs to up its game. The lines are terribly long and the tiny store is understaffed. The wait is at least 30 minutes before being helped and once that does happen, it then takes another 30 minutes for them to help you due to systems going offline. Do something!
