Telkom - watch you rback

New ADSL 4mbps package from Telkom. Took only about 30 days. Finally the day arrived after this and that and some more. Sorry sir but Telkom policy states we don't draw cable in the roof. Fine I'll get the cable myself. No sir, I'll bring the cable. Ok great. Sorry sir Telkom policy states that we can't climb into the roof. Ok, no problem, let my 3 month pregnant wife make holes, climb into the roof and draw the cable for you. Why not. So I go home and do it myself. Would have been nice to know that in advance.<br> <br> Up and down to Tellcom offices. Sir there is 2 passwords in the sms. No there is 1.. and so on. Drive home get the cell drive back. Only 1 password. Ok. Name misspelled. Ok. <br> <br> Finally get the damn thing to work. Bench. Make calculations. Get 2 meg. Back to Telkom. Tell me a bunch of ****. I inform: I build networks from here to the cape to Australia. Story turns to denial then blame on someone that can't be reached in technical. Insists I have a 4 mb line.<br> <br> Back to house. Keep benching at 2mb. Go to ADSL checker (Telkom). Area support 4mb but account 2mb. Paying for 4mb in a area that supports 4mb but get 2mb account.<br> <br> People check what Telkom sells you! Maybe tomorrow.
