Telkom wasting our money!!!

This is getting me ****ed off right now. I bought a R255 airtime voucher today and purchased the 25Gig monice offer.... and cant even use it. Spoke to customer service who told me to go to settings and select network search then problem will be solved. Still not working. I am not happy. Why do you guys give data offers we cant use. Making us waste money and you sitting back smilling. Im changing my network asap...... This is last of this bull****.
