telkom waste of time

I have been to the store and called the help lines to assist me with my cellphone contract but to date my line is still suspended and telkom can't find my money which i paid with a reference number provided by them. The level of service from the help lines are so poor that even when asking to speak to the teamleader they are always not available.it been a week and i have no response or feedback concerning from telkom, this makes me wonder if i will ever renew or take any new contracts going further with them.
