Telkom WAS nice, NOW its awful

I really don't know why I am still using Telkom as a SP, really.

In the beginning Telkom was awesome, super service, always available to help but now, its just ridiculous. I'm trying to get through to Telkom everyday but holds for more then 10mins for an agent and no one answers, some bull****.

I have been making manual payments for 4 years now with telkom and no debit order. every-time they try to debit an account with my details and it backs out and then you people add the fee of R200 on my account.

I will not pay the fee of R200 on my account, every month you guys give me a wrong invoice.

I have 3 lines with you guys, I can't wait for 03.03.2019 for my contracts to end and move over to a different network that will work for me.

I wanted to update my banking details with you guys but you don't update anything, I don't get feedback regarding the update of my banking details, nothing, no emails, nothing.
