Telkom Warranty ****

I am a loyal Telkom user for years with a large monthly bill of R12000pm I purchased a Z4 fold from Telkom, only 3 months after buying the phone the inside foldable screen stopped working and showed a large black line from top to bottom. The phone is still under warranty to be repaired, I gave the phone in to only have the inside folding screen repaired, they are trying to **** me by refusing to repair the inside screen due to a hairline crack on the front screen.

Be careful they do their utmost best to **** clients out of their warranty.

They want me to pay R22k to have my phone fixed witch is still under warranty.

If this is how they treat loyal customers with large accounts, just imagine how you will be treated.

The fact that there is a small crack from a bump on the front screen does not give them the right to not honor my warranty.

Shame on you Telkom!!!!!
