TELKOM WANTS TO ***** MY MONEY

I took out a contract for my cellphone with Telkom last year June and the arrangement was that I want to pay it off over a year.

Sales agent did a calculation of how I'd need to pay in order to finish off payment of the phone in a year.

Telkom has been debiting that amount every month. Yesterday I called Telkom to inform them that the contract is coming to an end this month, and they shouldn't continue debiting afterwards as I'll have finished paying off the phone.

Shadine Smith from Telkom sends me an email today telling me that I owe a penalty fee on R3200, I then enquire what it's for as I was never notified of same when I took out the contract.

She responds to say it was a system calculation and incorrect, I now owe R12 000 per her own manual calculation.

She denies the debit orders Telkom has been making from me all this while.

Telkom cancel my contract I don't owe you any money, why are you *****ing from me! I have paid off your phone why are you being a ***** now
