Telkom wants to keep my money

Telkoms turn around time is so bad. I logged a request for a refund of a double payment on 26 January 2021. I was told that i would receive my money in 21 days. When i followed up today 23 Feb , my case has not even been processed. Of which i must now wait 2 days for a manager to contact me. This is poor service. If you tell a customer 21 days then stick to it. Now i must constantly call them and beg for my money. That is so unfair and disgusting. Its like they dont want to refund my money because i asked for it to be refunded into my bank account instead of receiving credit on my account. I want my money.
