Telkom wants to be my headache. No.
I've only recently signed up with Telkom for fibre. Agent says that their systems indicate that the fibre has been installed. But nothing has been installed. I have been two weeks with this (non) service provider already I'm regretting this decision. All I'm told it will be escalated. I will move quick and try an cancel this contract. Life has it's challenges but I refuse to let Telkom be one of them. Never use them. Pathetic from the word go.

08 Sept 2026, 17:16Unlike other reputable business Telkom does not care about bad reviews and therefore, no one has contacted. I've moved to cancel the contract and will now have to dispute a cancelation fee of R2800 when no service whatsoever were provided. Although their systems says installation has occurred.
Completely forgot to read the Hellopeter reviews before making a decision. This has been a headache for me and the entire family. Steer clear of Telkom fibre. Never again.
