Telkom wants payment for services it won't provide

Telkom has issued me a 'letter of demand' in circumstances where my complaint remains unresolved after 2.5 months, despite all my efforts using its various complaints resolution channels, and continues to charge me and demand payment for services it is not providing. The letter provides no contact details for written communication in the matter, save for a 'snail mail' private bag no. No tel nos, no e-mail address, no fax nos.

Instead, I continue to receive text messages informing me my complaint has been resolved when my service is still not restored and no-one has come to investigate the problem.

Frustratingly, Telkom remains un-contactable via e-mail. It's published head office tel contact no's (eg. on the SA government website) are either no longer in operation or are diverts to its call centre.
