TELKOM WANTS ME TO STEP OUTSIDE AND CHAT

<p>I recently laid a complaint against the service at Kenilworth Center Telkom Mobile Store. When my Wife finaly got hold of the employee that was busy with my Wife"s account he Blasted full force at her telling her he was on study leave and that we can complain as much as we want on Hello Peter even do it the whole year he doesant care. He shouted the whole conversation through at her.So I decided to go myself and tell him not to talk to my wife in that manner.When I arrived I spoke to him and scold him out about his manner of chatting to my Wife. He stood up and collected his jacket and told me to folow him outside the building in the parking area to chat.His intentions was not at all to chat but to fight. I told him I am here to sort out the matter instore and he refused and told me legs go sort this out outside threatening me. He then told the other staff to press the panic button and security arrived. I left...but what he did not know was I recorded the whole conversation from the time I arrived to the time I left. Please Telkom stop sending me messages on Hellopeter and telling me you have escalated the issue.Its been since 26 May unresolved and no one has called me</p>
