Telkom Walmer Park - pathetic

I have made 5 attempts to cancel my existing contract with Telkom as i have moved, and to apply for LTE as there are no cables where i have moved to. Apparently this is far too difficult for the staff at Walmer Park to understand, and each time i go there i get told a different story by a different person. Then Telkom wonders why people use other service providers. Its called customer service - try it.
