Telkom wake up

I did a order online on 26/04/2021 I got call from telkom on 28/04/2021 The lady took all my details and said my order is approve. She told me my order will take 5 to 7days to get it. I called telkom many times but people dnt seem to know days to get a order. Today is 01/06/2021 Still never get my order very poor service.
