Telkom Waist of time and Money

The accounts department have messed be around for 6 weeks. After they stole R6000 out of my account for international roaming that, that I asked not to have more than once, then later found out its a separate document that you need to fill in, which I didn't. I when into the Telkom shop 3 times, phone and emailed over ten times then was told it had been resolved and they still took the money and didn't find my documents after I requested them. It has now taken 6 weeks to unblock my phone because Telkom gave me the wrong banking info and then double debits by account I'm still waiting to be credited....
