TELKOM / VUMATEL FIBRE POOR SERVICE DELIVERY ON CONNECTION

Between Telkom & Vumatel I have no clue whos going to help me!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for Fibre through Telkom as my SP. I received my modem in a short time and after that nothing has happened. No one at Telkom can issue me a VT number to place an order with Vumatel to install my CPE unit. Telkom allegedly has places an order with Vumatel but apparently can't issue me a VT number. When i call Vumatel they don't have any record of my ID or cell number on their system for an order.

I'm so frustrated and cannot seem to get through to anyone who can help me. Why sell a damn product when you can't support or deliver the final product to your client??? There was not 1 sales rep that could help me. And I am going to be billed at the end of the month for NO SERVICE!!!!!
