TELKOM VUMATEL FIBRE---OVERBILLED and agents useless

Terrible experience ever!!!***** billed 2 months on my fibre line and the agents at the call cannot help. The agents advised I need to go into a branch...pathetic service. I wasted an hour on line to no use.....to quick to get the sale and now when it's time to help me because of your mess ups they cannot help over the phone...disgusting
