Telkom vumatel Fibre Deal

Ordered Fuma Tell Fibre deal from Telkom.. R806 per month x12 months . Signed papers at Telkom store. I even arranged Vuma Tell to put the fibre in for me. Gave Telkom the Vumatell Reference. VT-BTS-OB-0447. I made so many calls to Telkom 10213. Wait 10min plus every time . When i give them my ID , they do not even see my order . Went back to the Telkom store in Canal Walk plenty times. They do not assist. I am giving you 12 months business and you cant even get me up and running . I have not received my free modem yet. I am not connected from Telkom side yet. Fuma Tel put the Fibre line in ages ago .So all i need is Telkom my ISP to give me my free modem and connect me . This is taking so long and the staff is useless everytime i call . If this is not sorted out by end of this week , I will use another ISP . My Telkom ref : Action Item number ********** 84A . Another Ref : ********** 90A.
