Telkom & Vumatel / dumb & dumber

Have been offered by Telkom to upgrade to fiber last year. July 2018, still nothing. Fiber is intalled by Vumatel, my account with Telkom. They have delivered rooter for installation etc, but no installation, They keep on shuffling me between each other, and even Telkom personal who understand the absurdity of the matter advises me to go with somebody else, or stay on ADSL. Since there is no logical explanation why none of them does anything. All orders placed, confirmation come, and then nothing!! Avoid Telkom and Vumatel combination if you want to keep sanity
