Telkom / Vumatel disaster

How do you get help from Telkom??? my internet has been down for a month and just get abs no help. Vumatel needs a ticket number from Telkom and once you get through to them (if you lucky) then somehow the call gets dropped. I end up using all my airtime holding on and still nothing.
