Telkom VS Showmax

Showmax issues Telkom says Showmax issues the code and Showmax says Telkom issues the voucher. I have been at this for 4 days. I have sent me screenshots to ********** I am thinking its a bogus email adress. I get the OTP but no voucher number. whats going on here? LOL so I get this response below, and then nothing again. Kindly please note that the showmax subscription orders do reflect and as soon as they have been closed you will be receiving the codes, as you app**** for 4 subscriptions. Meaning you will be charged for all for that you app**** for. 2 on the 7th and 2 on the 8th. Kind regards Nompumelelo Mjoli
