Telkom VOIP service

Waiting 3 months for Telkom VOIP services to assist setting up VOIP phone device at office. Logged calls with agents phoning back but unable to assist setting up devices after services activated from Telkom side but not assisting client on premise, no technical expertise from Telkom on VOIP support and still waiting and I will not refer any clients to change to Telkom VOIP service
