Telkom Voicemail

My voicemail not working om Telkom Mobile. Phoned 180 for help. Could not help me. Logged an case ID: ********** 2. Up to today no communication from Telkom on this. Phoning every day. I was told turnaround time is 48 hours. After the first 48 hours I was told it is 48 working hours in other words 6 days. Today after 11 days I was told that the turnaround time is actually 72 hours in other words 9 days. All I must do is just wait although today is working day number 9. How difficult can it be to activate voicemail?
