Telkom violating consumer, RICA and FICA acts of South Africa just to make more profits

Telkom is failing to clear my paid off account just because they want to continue billing me for accounts I have paid off in September 2024 and no longer want to keep. Even my account details are still outdated despite submitting proof of addresses. This shows that Telkom does not comply with RICA and FICA acts of this country.
