TELKOM VILLAGE MALL HARTBEE****RT

Telkom Village Mall, Hartbee****rt We bought a New Laptop from them, we took it out the box, it did not work, took it back the next day. We asked for a replacement as we paid for a new laptop. They said that they have to send it in for repairs ????? It will take 7 days. We paid for a New laptop not one which needs to be repaired. The staff at this branch is extremely rude and disrespectful Towards their customers. Not acceptable!!!! We did not pay with **** money!!!! NOT HAPPY...let's see if we even get a reply on this review from Telkom.
