Telkom Vetting absolutely unjustified

I just app**** for a contract with telkom. Everything with the application went smoothly. The lady asked me some personal questions regarding my expenses and income and told me I qualified for the package I wanted which is an iPhone 11 on the freeme 2gb. I just received an sms now telling me that I have been declined during credit vetting. This is an absolute outrage, and quite frankly Im beyond angry. I have been a customer of telkom for the longest of time. Had a contract with them which paid off with no problem. Even right now my prepaid sim card is with telkom and I’m using their Afrihost Lte package. . I advocate for telkom all the time telling people how amazing they are, and then I’m declined ,this nonsense. I’d like to know their reason for declining my Application , as I do not see a reason I could be declined. My credit score report is very good but telkom tells to me my credit vetting was declined. I’d like to know why.
