Telkom Vetting

Hi

I app**** for a phone yesterday and received a call from a Siyanda yesterday to take me through the vetting process. He called me around past 5 and his system was slow so after holding for a little while he said it was giving him problems and he will call me as soon as it was done. It's the next day today and it's 2pm I am still waiting. How long does it take for one to get a call back. I was hoping to get this phone asap.

Please help speedy up this process, thought things were supposed to be faster.
